The barrier-free environment of the city

The diploma thesis deals with the barrier-free environment of the city. The theoretical part deals with the issues and requirements for barrier-free space according to decree no. 398/2009 coll. On general technical requirements for barrier-free use of buildings. In this part, all important components that form a safe and integrated movement of people in the city intravilan are addressed. The practical part of the work is focused on the specific town of šumperk, where the barrier-free master plan for a selected area of the town is solved. On the basis of the location of important public buildings in the locality, barrier- free routes are proposed, which form a coherent continuity of the designed public space.
Comprehensive urban analysis of selected public space with a focus on workout courses

The bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of a high – quality public sport space. The first part deals in general with public sport areals. It defines it according to the valid legislation, distinguishes the types and determines the demands of the user and the main criteria for high- quality public sport space. This theoretical part is combined with a survey. The second part is focused on assessment of the Brownfield place sport area Ponava in Brno based in particular on a survey based on a local investigation. Based on the gained knowledge and the evaluation of the solved area, mainly defining of the strenghts and weaknesses, is developed a suggestion for improvement and the satisfaction of the respondents.

It defines it according to the valid legislation, categorizes types and determines the demands of users and the main criteria for a hight-quality public space. The second part focuses on the qualitative assessment of Wanklovo square in Blansko according to research based on a field study. Collected data is evaluated and the strengths and the weaknesses of the target area defined.
Comprehensive urbanistic analysis of Obchodná Street in Bratislava with a theoretical vision of the development potential

This thesis aims to create a complex urban analysis of the Obchodna street in the Bratislava city centre. It aims to identify the key problems and provide a conceptual solution for them as well. It focuses on general background analysis and planning documentation, as well as an analysis of the public space. A combination of distant and field research was used to gather the necessary data. All gathered data was subsequently processed and evaluated. Key problems and their solutions were defined on the basis of SWOT analysis. These solutions consist mostly of minor and easy changes, which can help to improve the public space in Obchodna and fulfil its potential.

Survey of the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation projects

The bachelor thesis deals with the survey of the selected site in accordance with the valid methodology of comprehensive land management. The survey was carried out in the cadastral area of Mojné, Český Krumlov district. The first part contains a literature search, in which the field of land consolidation is introduced. The second part deals with the selection of the cadastral area and the presentation of the documents and materials obtained, including the characteristics of the natural conditions, the description of the area and its eco-nomic use. The results include an evaluation of the detailed field survey, focusing mainly on the transport system, soil protection, water conditions, nature and land-scape. It also includes graphical representations and possible recommendations for the subsequent design of the land consolidation.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of exploration works in the cadastral area of Skopytce. The aim was to prepare documents that can be used for comprehensive land consolidation. In the first part of the thesis, the individual characteristics of concepts and important aspects are presented to familiarize with land consolidation and detailed field survey. The second part describes the area under study, the stated objective and the methodology of the work according to which the results were evaluated.The last part of the thesis characterizes the natural conditions and agricultural use. Last but not least, the evaluation of the data obtained from the detailed field survey and the proposal of recommended measures.
Survey works in the selected cadastral territory as the basis for land consolidation projects

This thesis is focused on exploration work which can be used as a source for a land consolidation and the thesis is performed in accordance with the applicable methodology. The field research is made within the cadestral area Černovice, Pelhřimov district. The first part of the thesis deals with the literary research. The land consolidation, proceedings on land consolidation, detailed field research and its evalution and plan of common equipment are described in this part. The second part contains a description and evaluation of individual concepts within the selected area. The aim of this work was the elaboration and evaluation of a field survey in a selected area of interest according to the valid methodical instructions of landscaping. Get all information and, if necessary, propose measures to improve the state of the landscape and the environment.

Krajinná paměť venkova - případová studie mikroregionu Jilemnicko

The aim of the thesis is a memory of a Jilemnicko micro-region landscape. Four areas, which are closely described in the thesis, are situated in this micro-region. The research of a literature, a comparative method, semi-standardized dialogues, own field investigation and a SWOT analysis were used to collect the data. First of all, at part of a literature research, there are basic concepts primarily specified. Consequently, the whole micro-region is described in the thesis. The localities are defined from a physical-geographical, ecological, landscaping, historical and cultural point of view. The comparative method, based on a comparison of a historical and current cartographical and photographical evidence, is used to analyse the changes of landscape structures. The data of particular kinds of grounds are also acquired and used. In the method of semi-standardized dialogues, the changes of the grounds and the value of a landscape were described by the local people. The comparative method, the method of semi-standardized dialogues, own field investigation and a SWOT analysis helped to design a new utilization of the ground.
